Is there a way to pay on Itch with US Dollars? I see the payment defaults to Euros?
Unfortunately, I do not know if there is a specific way. I am aware, that there is an exchange that happens, but I was not aware it happens right at the transaction phase.
I was able to do some research for you and found out that Itch.io does not do regional pricing. Source
Also, I found an Itch.io blog explaining why that is. I have set my PayPal on Itch.io to the currency my PayPal is set, which is Euro.
Due to this, the currency is automatically converted. Source
